Bio

Michelle Omidi is the Founding Partner of The Key Law Firm, A Professional Corporation, where she represents clients in a broad range of real estate transactional and corporate matters across both commercial and residential deals—including landlord-tenant matters and counsel to homeowners associations. Michelle strives to cultivate meaningful relationships with her clients and is passionate about helping them navigate the complexities of real estate transactions and business formations while ensuring their interests are protected in every deal. She has the privilege of representing a diverse range of clients, including individuals, businesses, landlords, and investors, in matters such as commercial transactions, property disputes, real estate development, leasing, and title examination. She also serves as counsel to community and homeowners associations (townhomes and condominiums) and their management companies. Before founding The Key Law Firm, Michelle practiced at a national Am Law 200 firm, experience that sharpened her deal execution and business-forward approach.

Michelle attended the University of Southern California, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences. While at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, she developed a strong interest in real estate law and honed her legal skills through participation in clinics, serving as Co-President of the Real Estate Law Society, and coursework focused on property law, contracts, and negotiations. Michelle understands that each transaction or legal issue is unique and tailors her approach to meet the specific needs of her clients, providing clear, practical advice and guiding them through every step of the process. She also holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License, a distinction that enhances her legal practice by bringing a business-forward, practical perspective to every matter.

An active member of the Los Angeles Jewish community, Michelle has been involved in the Jewish Graduate Student Initiative and served as Co-Vice President of the Jewish Law Student Association during law school, and she has built a strong personal and professional network through participation in AISH Los Angeles. Outside the office, she is passionate about cooking, travel, Pilates, and giving back to her community, and she remains involved in local real estate organizations to stay current with industry trends and changes in real estate law.
